At the ripe old age of 16 ,Ryan Sheckler is already a veteran of professional skateboarding. Ryan’s resume reads like he’s been in the game for 10 years, but Ryan just turned pro in 2003. Since then he has been on a tear with wins at the 2003 X-Games, Gravity Games, Vans Triple Crown, and Slam City Jam. Not bad for a rookie-of-the- year. In 2004 Ryan was the World Cup of Skateboarding street champion, and in 2005 he added the Dew Action Sports Tour “Athlete of the Year” to his long list of accomplishments. With a signature shoe and a signature deck already blowing up, Ryan is just getting started. Always a threat in any contest he enters, look for big things from Ryan in the next decade.
